So uhmm I was fishing today at the ye olde guild and i noticed someone had gloves called swordfish gloves on...

he said they were from Fists of Guthix...what I'm asking is; what are the new items from FoG and what do they do? I'm assuming the swordy gloves help catch swordfish in some way...but I dunno what. Could someone enlighten me?

Those type of gloves relating to skill lets you get more exp while catching swordfishes then originally without the gauntlets.

Not more swordfish, sadly, but for every swordfish you get you get more exp than normal I believe it has a 1000 uses........

makes me want to invest in FoG...are there any other items that are worth working for at all? I noticed there's some mage robes that can won from there..are they any good?

I only played fog in free world, haven't played in members yet, but I know the free world mage stuff is better than blue wiz robes.

The problem with fog, at least for some people, its the same over and over again. Gets boring very fast. Though its good exp, free runes .

The battle mage set, members only, gives a total of 51+ mage attack bonus, thats the hood (5+), robe top (26+) and robe bottom (20+). Sadly these sets are like barrows in a way, you have to get them repaired/recharged. Though you don't use money, you use fog tokens. I'm not sure whether or not they are better than other mage clothes.

The hood is selling for 16.9k
The top is selling for 252.6k
The bottom is selling for 136.8k
Remembering you can only sell them once they have reached 0.

Not sure how many tokens you need to buy or repair but I'm sure someone will tell you. Hope that helps.
