Because the needs, at 82 herblore you make the last pot, so no point in get 99, for example. Same with construction and agility.

still havnt anwsered my question, how is con like herblore? yes herblore stops and lvl 82 and you said con. was like that as well, as far as i can see u can build new things up to lvl 99 in con.

after cons 82 all becomes expensive, really expensive. Not talking about 100k or 200k, im talking about 4m-5mil per single update in house.

I make money per day then use, im not used to save 8mil in bank then use the money wisely, hope this answers your question.
