Personally, I think the structure of a sentence is much more important than the spelling. It strings the words together in order to provide a logical flow of coherence, syllogism and ratiocination. Let me give you an example.
QUOTE
Good afternoon, how may I kill you, your family and your friends?
This is the sentence I shall be mutilating within the bowels of loli. It is one of the sentences commonly used when you have sipped your cup of tea, twiddle your fingers and then calmly point a gun on someone you don't like. You should probably add two teaspoons of sugar before mixing your tea, since sugar rush will assist you in your journey to the unscrupulous world of Scientologists. Milk is also a good candidate for baking the Great Cupcake in the Sky. Lastly, add some wine in order to see the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

Are I you, your family and also your friend how please kill hello and I may do so?
It is quite obvious that a better structure retains much of the meaning of the original sentence. Spelling mistakes will only delay your immediate cognition of the post whilst you try to replace the words with their correct spelling. This happens almost everywhere on the Internet, and does not pose any side-effects except for annoyance, which is merely a product of your inertia. Good spelling would not improve your understanding unless the words are truely manipulated beyond the realms of moonspeak, then it wouldn't matter anyway.
Furthermore, implementing a script will only take up server resources, introduce bugs and complicate the forums unnecessarily. In fact, the person in question is using a translator, which probably provides perfect spelling and horrible structure, thus making your idea moot.
