Greetings folks. I am mAdshadow, and I am here today to try and talk to you about Honest1 Productions.
Who are we?:
Honest1 Productions (sometime better known as H1P) is a group of dedicated individuals who freely spend their time making events for the people of RuneScape. We are currently working on expanding our operation outside of Tip.It to better reach a wider audience. H1P is made up of some great members. Our current management team is as follows: mAdshadow: H1P Leader Saskiasnow: H1P Co Leader Guydabest: H1P Lead Administrator Randox: H1P Lead Moderator Honest1: H1P Recruitment Manager
Our management team is experienced and has the knowledge needed to do the job right.
Honest1 Productions is backed by our community partner, the Gielinor Tribune. As such we advertise them, and they advertise our events.
What kind of jobs can I do?:
Although H1P staff all universally work toward planning events, we have some very specific job opportunities up for grabs.
We are currently looking for...
Advertisement/Recruitment department
This department is a group of dedicated individuals who talk with other websites to help better branch out for H1P. These people are also responsible for finding new recruitment members to help bring in more high quality members. Though they will not be able to specifically offer somebody a position as an H1P staff member, they are responsible for pointing them in the right direction.
We ask all people in this department to follow community and game rules when recruiting. We would love to have more people come help with this great team; however, it's not going to happen in a way that makes us look bad.
Graphics Designer
Those in this position are charged specifically with the task of building graphics for the website. We currently do not have a lead graphics designer, so if you're qualified and motivated you might be able to sweep this position.
Moderation/Administration
Although we are not going to actively recruit somebody off an application to do this, we are always looking for proven staff to join our moderation and administration teams. The best way to do this is to actively participate in your department's work, as well as event planning.
Event Planners!
The event planning team is the backbone of H1P. Without this team H1P could not function. Event planners are specifically there to help out with the planning and hosting of H1P Events. Event planners don't go unnoticed, and H1P does its best to reward the team for doing well.
By now, those of you still reading might have developed a slight interest, so let me explain a bit about the recruitment process utilized by Honest1 Productions.
The first stage in joining Honest1 Productions is establishing an account name. Anyone interested should click the link in my signature and choose an account name and password. Once this is done go to our Application board, and make a new topic with your application in the following format:
RuneScape Name: F2P/P2P: Past Event-Planning Experiences: How did you find out about H1P? (if a member of H1P referred please mention his/her name): How many people do you plan on recruiting?: What timezone are you in?: How active can/will you be?: Can you access the events team IRC?:
Once you have done this you'll receive a message on your thread letting you know the post has been processed. At that point you'll then have 48 hours to wait while the post goes through the application voting process. During this process we ask that you go to the guest general board, and introduce yourself. This will let us know you're still interested. Once the team has approved your application you'll get a new post on your recruitment thread welcoming you to Honest1 Productions. You'll also notice you'll have a whole bunch of new boards available to you, and a title depending on which team you are in.
In most cases, everyone will initially be started off in the Honest1 Productions event planners team unless you have qualities we would like to put to use right away.
So there you have it. That's Honest1 Productions, and I hope to see you all there!
mAdshadow H1P Management Team Crew Leader

Demise of the Undead 2: HAMystical Extermination
"In the days following the great undead slaughtering originally intended as a mere vaccine test there came a new peace over the land. The ruling parties had put their minds to rest and the guards, knights, and other citizens felt slightly more at ease knowing the threat of the undead was virtually no more.
Even many of the men hired to test the vaccine were foolish enough to let their guard down. Little did they realize, it would soon be their undoing. For you see, the more observant guards took notice of a rather grim fact, but until recently have been too frightened and ashamed to come forth.
Though the vaccine test was a success, the undead everyone thought to be slaughtered were in fact still up and about. Some of the more careless guards, who didn't think to actually use their vaccine, succumbed to the virus. It would seem that dispatching of the undead through melee combat is impossible. To make matters worse, the ruling parties of Misthalin and Asgarnia are completely unaware of the problem.
The situation hasn't gone without notice, however. A small cult which calls itself Humans Against Monsters (HAM) have been keeping an eye on the undead plague from the start. They've managed to steal some intel from the Apothecary, and have even been doing some of their own research.
Through said research, HAM has devised a way keep the undead from reanimating. Their solution: a spell known as 'Crumble Undead'. The tests all prove conclusively that this new spell can extinguish the...err...unlife of the undead, as well as the virus that provides it, but they're all presently so wrapped up in killing off the Dorgeshuun that they don't have time for zombies and the like."
This is where we come in. HAM have asked us to join their ranks and do away with the undead scourge, before all is lost. Are you willing to put aside your differences with the cult long enough to become an implement of HAMystical Extermination? ______________________________________________________________________________
Quick Information
Date: Sunday, February 10th Time: 4 PM EST Where: HAM Headquarters What: Freak Train Killing Spree Attire: Full HAM Robes, a Weapon (a staff or melee weapon/ranged weapon and ammo as appropriate), and No Shield What to bring: Runes for Crumble Undead, Strength Potion (optional), Knife (if you have 51+ agility), Brass Key (if you don't), and Food World: 44 (P2P)
Main Host: mAdshadow (RSN: Madshadow666) Co Host(s): TBA
______________________________________________________________________________
Main Information
This time around there will be two roles. Those of you that can cast Crumble Undead should bring a staff and runes to cast it (preferably a slayer staff or Void Knight Mace). Anyone else should bring their choice of melee weapon or ranged weapon and ammo.
Since this event is HAM themed, the undead won't actually be our only targets. They'll merely be the primary ones. That said, those of us casting Crumble Undead will be taking on (obviously) the undead, and the rest of us will slaughter every other monster in our path.
H1P members will be the only ones allowed to wear shields of any kind to provide a visual distinction. As usual it is also advised that you add the hosts to your friends list and put public chat to "Friends" if it gets too hard to see instructions, or join the host's clan chat.
We'll start off by thieving HAM members for the final pieces of our new outfits for a few minutes. I would recommend having most or all of the set beforehand, though, as we won't be there long enough for everyone to thieve a full set. Once ready we'll start on our killing spree. The only NPCs that are off-limits: humans and livestock.
Our first stop will be Draynor Sewer. We'll be sweeping through it from southeast to northwest.
After that we will march up to Edgeville to access its dungeon. Remember to leave no monster in our path alive.
When we've cleared that dungeon we'll make use of the obstacle pipe to gain access to Varrock Sewer. Those without the necessary agility level will use their Brass Keys to exit at the Hill Giants' ladder, and make their way through the Goblins to meet the rest of us at the sewer's exit.
Upon climbing out of the sewer we will freak train back to HAM HQ killing monsters along the way. Once we arrive the event will end with us thieving HAM Members and their headquarters to our hearts' content.

QUOTE(Afterthought Post from H1P Forums) The battle is complete and the results are in. For once, HAM is actually victorious! Sure we failed to make the undead completely extinct, but finishing off most of them and getting back alive is still good enough to ensure the continued survival of humans and safety of Asgarnia and Misthalin, right...?
This event was definitely better for attendance (especially near the beginning) than our last, but the vast majority never saw the event post so organization was an issue. Despite the drawback of having to relay information from the post and trying to keep everyone together, though, I'd say this went pretty well. Still, I would have felt better about it if we had more hosts there.
Please post any comments, pictures, or videos you may have about/of the event here.
Sorry it took so long to post that, but admittedly I'm a tad lazy. <.<

Agility Race ________________________________________________________________________________ ___________________
Quick Information
Date: March 9th Time: 1pm PST (GMT -08:00), 4pm EST (GMT -05:00), 9pm UK Time (GMT) Where: We meet at the Al-Kharid and from there we will proceed to the agility pyrimid via magic carpets. What: We will be having an agility race at the pyrimid. There will be 3 laps, and we will have a host at the top keeping track of who gets the golden pyrimid and makes it down through the exit. First person to get 3 gloden pyrimids and make it to the exit wins. Please note you must have an agility level of at least 30. What to bring: You will be in the desert, so get yourself a full set of desert robes (top, bottom, boots). A Ring of dueling for after the race is also suggested. You will need waterskins to avoid constant damage, and some food incase you fail obsticles. You may wish to bring weight reducing items if you have any. World: 44
________________________________________________________________________________ ___________________
Main Information
We will be meeting here:
The carpet route is: From the Shanty Pass to Pollnivneach and from Pollnivneach to Sophanam (Do NOT go to Menaphos).
The idea of the event is to have some fun training your agility a bit in a friendly competition. Once we all arrive at the agility pyrimid, a host will announce the start of the race. The objective it to get to the top of the pyrimid 3 times. You MUST collect the golden pyrimid at teh top and you MUST make it to the exit (otherwise the pyrimid will not re spawn). It is your choice if you wish to sell the pyrimid during the race (as it weighs 10kg), or if you want to keep going. Agility potions, summer pie, and any form of energy restore are all considered fair game as are summoning familiars, scrolls, and potions. Some food is a good idea, especily if your agility is in the 30's or 40's.
After the race people are free to go off hunting in the desert, or come back to Al-Kharid for some after event dueling at the arena.
The main host is Randox. I'll be assisting with hosting as well.

Due to..."technical" difficulties, the above event is being rescheduled.
Also, I've updated the first post to more-or-less match the recruitment post being used on TIF. If there's any problems with the new post let me know. I'll be sure to address the problem at the first opportunity.
As always, all discussion of Honest1 Productions is still welcome in this thread.
