Okay, so technically it's not New Years. But I'm not going to spend it online, that's for sure.

Anyway, without further ado:

RuneWeb is officially throwing a New Years' Bash, and we're going to try and get as many fansites involved as we can! Right now, I along with others are getting the word together and we'll be mustering up as many people as we can to participate alongside of us.

Time: 5:00PM EST 10:00 PM GMT (Saturday, 29th December 2007) Time Zone Converter
Location: Falador (you may gather up in any part of the city, but expect us to be in the Party Hall around this time)
Server: 13

I'm sending the invite along to several fansites now, if they respond then I will post their names here. Note that I don't wanna hear what fansites you don't want to be at this party; those posts will be removed and the user will be warned.

20 Rune Scimitars
25 Rune Warhammers
20 sets of Rune including an extra pair of Rune Legs
4 sets of Black (T) Armor
30 Rune Pickaxes
15 Magic Amulets (T)
40 Rune Battleaxes
100 Amulets of Power
25 Rune Square Shields
...and about 1.8M.

I'm going to confirm that this party will be held on Freeplay. This way, more people may be willing to participate.

A few quick things about the donation:

• If it's members, I can't do anything with it. Break it down to raw cash.
• Treasure Trail items are always good.
• Be on time. I won't wait past 3 for anyone, since being on Hikari is equivalent to being surrounded by toys and your hands are cuffed.

Uhhh im confused why were making it massive instead of secluded.
I would rather have a 2m drop party with good Members then 50m with the one's I don't care about.

Well, for the most part, whenever we did have a small party with the good members, at least 200 other members we didn't know about came in anyway. Also, since drop update affects everyone everywhere, we can't have those small parties anymore.

Might as well invite the rest of the RS community to participate, eh?

I think it is a great idea to have the party on f2p, cause I just starting playing again, and am not intending to become a member again.

And I wanna give a big hand out to Makoto and the Runeweb staff for organizing this.

aw... shit party room = gay!

come on makoto if u remember the frist dp we tryed there it didnt go well at all.... almost make me not wont to come....
personal i like the ones in the house better more private, also my question if other fan site dont give anything should they still be aloud to come...?

makoto i dont think the drop update will be up by then but w/e....

one last thing i mean this will probly be the last rw event so i'd say we go out with a bang! or something like that!
