Ladies and Gentlemen, the RuneWeb Events team has reviewed every candidate from the Round 3 registration, and we have made our decision!

Along with this decision, we've done a few housecleaning procedures within the group ourselves, and I'll announce those as well.

RuneWeb Events Team Officers

Commander: - Makoto

XO: Dilbert26

S-1 (Adjutant): Ftblkd2004

S-3 (Training): Teh Evil

S-4 (Resources): Makoto (Hikari)

IPO (Information and Publicity): Moe23

------

Out of nine people that applied, only six of them were accepted onto the team.

Let's all give a warm welcome to the following:

Bethyy
Lee9340
Spikey188
T-Ball
Inuyahsa93
Dark_Sloth1

------

For these candidates, we looked at various aspects of how well they functioned at RuneWeb; how active they were, how well they got along with others, and above all, how they would react under pressure. We've also taken account their past actions and future potential, and we feel that this is the best and safest group of people we could work with.

For those of you that did not make the team or apply, consider what you're lacking and consider what you can offer to the team, and make another attempt at it in the Winter.

------

I look forward to working with each and every one of these people, and I hope that you'll agree that they make excellent decisions on the Events crew.

Congrats to everyone that made it. It wasn't easy to decide if they were all worthy of becoming an Events Team Member but in the end, I think the choices were good. I am looking forward to working with the new team. You will also be pleased to know that now that we have a bigger team, there will be more events here at Runeweb.

First I would like to give a big round of applause to all my fellow candidates who made the team. It was an honour for me to make the team, and I plan on upholding my position, and doing my best to be the best possible Events Team member I can be

Congratulations to everyone who made it into the team. There were some tough choices, but I think we picked some great people to be on the team.

EDIT: I just realized, I am no longer the person with the lowest combat level on the Events Team. LOL.
